• Maintain valid and accessible bank accounts linked to Brite.

• Use the card and services lawfully and responsibly.

5. Consent and Authorization
By using our service, you consent to:

• Access and use your financial data from linked accounts (via Finicity or other providers).

• Perform daily auto-debits from your linked bank account to settle charges.

• Report payment activity to credit bureaus to help build credit.

6. Fees and Charges

• Brite charges no annual fees or interest.

• Late fees or other service fees (if applicable) will be disclosed separately.

7. Privacy
Your use of Brite is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
Brite is not responsible for losses due to unauthorized transactions caused by your negligence or failure to protect account credentials. We make reasonable efforts to ensure service security and accuracy.

9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos are the property of Brite or its licensors.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or applicable law.
